Customers using any services offered by nairaomm.com consent to be bound by and must comply with all policies in this TOS. At the sole discretion of nairaomm.com, any violators of this TOS may have their services cancelled without refund and/or, if deemed appropriate, be legally prosecuted.

Disclaimer of Warranty
The internet is a very complex place. Sometimes, things may not go as expected. We do not give any guarantee or warranty for any service provided. Anything you do on the internet is at your own risk and we will not be directly or indirectly responsible for any loss or unpleasant situations that might arise.
Processing Time and Notifications
We try our best to process all orders in 10minutes, same day or within 24hrs. However, for some reasons like scarcity, demand higher than supply, availability, and so many others, orders maybe be delayed. You agree to be patient and not use any kind of threat or abusive words on any of our staff or representative.
Payment Instructions Violation
We have the right to delay a BUY/SELL/PAY4ME order for a period of 72 hours if client do not follow the necessary procedures. You agree to follow the intructions when transacting with us.
You’re Account Security
You are totally responsible for the security of your account. Account compromising is common and we neither have access nor a way of accessing your account.
We will try our best to give out correct information and to also work with the information you provide us correctly. We will not be responsible for funding or working with wrong account details or information provided by you. We will not also be responsible for any information wrongly displayed on any of our websites.
For any reason you need to demand for refund, this must be done in writing either electronic or physical. If the need for a refund is caused by us or we consider it necessary, refund will be made within 7 business days.
Exchanger is not responsible for delays or failures in the handling of operations arising as a consequence. Any problems in the telecommunications, computer and other systems; Force majeure action of Payment Systems (block or closure of the accounts, freezing or holding of funds, denial of service); Change of political regimes, civil strife; Actions of third parties, which are beyond the control of the Exchanger. Procedure for adoption of claims and dispute resolution. Any claim under this Agreement may be taken by the Service in electronic form, by sending in fact claim to the contact details found on the corresponding page of the Service. Disputes arising parties to the Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If you are unable to resolve the dispute between a situation, it is considered in court according to the current legislation of the land on the location of the Service.
Form of Contract
The Parties recognize the Agreement in electronic form equivalent to the validity of a contract concluded in writing. Service administration reserves the right at any time to make changes and additions to this Agreement.
